Fix My Screen - Coronavirus Update
Following on from government advice and considering the updates of the coronavirus outbreak in our region, we have taken some extra measures to protect our employees and customers health.
As of the 20/03/2020, we closed our shop and offices to the public, this means restricting visits from customers, sales partners and any other guests.
We are still open for business and will continue to operate our Mail in Repair Service only!
On the 23rd March 2020 the Government announced that shops selling non-essential items should close to help limit the spread of COVID-19, but that online retailers could continue to sell and deliver to consumers confined to home and Postal services and delivery networks are going to continue running as normal.
This means online services are now increasingly important in keeping our business operational, We have been working hard to reconfigure our booking systems and we will continue expanding our Mail-in Repairs offering more services and making it easier for you to get your device repaired in this unprecedented period.
We understand that a broken device during this period could be a hindrance for anyone who would normally take their broken device into a repair shop, be it a broken laptop for the home worker, a broken tablet screen to a parent who just wants 5 minutes of quiet time during the prolonged periods with the children at home, or your mobile phone to keep in touch with your relatives and friends, mobile devices are becoming more important to our daily lives, this is why we vow to carry on repairing your devices as long as we can.
If you cannot find the repair you are looking for please send us a message and we will assist you, as part of our working from home strategy we can raise a repair booking and payment through our messenger system even if you cannot find the repair on our site.
If you already have a booking for a walk-in repair with us, Please contact us to re-arrange or cancel
If you wish to continue with your repair using our Mail in Repair Service, we can give you support on how to alternatively send your device in to us for repair, Likewise if you accidentally book a repair appointment instead of a mail in repair.
All On-site repair bookings, no matter the destination, are now cancelled.
If you have an onsite multiple repair booking arranged, please contact us and we’ll try to rearrange using a mail in service or collect and return service if there is an urgency for these repairs.
We are working from home:
Whilst some of our management and technicians will operate as normal, we have set up all our staff and technicians so they can continue to operate to some level at home, we know this is not ideal so please bear with us.
All calls to Fix My Screen 01704 823804 are being forwarded to our technician’s mobile phones, and will be able to answer any queries or give support where possible over the phone during the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 (Calls may be answered outside of these hours)
All Voicemails received will be forwarded to all technicians and acted upon at next available convenience.

We will be monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and will let you know as we have new guidance from the local authorities to when we can operate in a normal manner once again, but until advised otherwise we will be operating in this manner.
