Once your repair order is confirmed
You are to package your device appropriately for transport, please see information for your chosen shipping method.
Once your device is received we will clean your device with alcohol wipes and our UV sanitizer before undertaking any repair, Your device will be repaired to the highest standard and the same cleaning process will be followed before returning the device to you.
When your device has been repaired, usually the same day as arrival, we will return the device to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier Service.
If there is any issue with your repair process, we will contact you, similarly if you have any problems after your repair is returned please contact us and we will assist you throughout.
All repairs are covered by a 12 months parts failure and labour guarantee*.
Mail In Yourself
Once packaged appropriately please mail your device to;

Collect & Return
We will arrange a printer less courier to collect your device, meaning there is no need for you to print a postage label.
This collection is usually within 24 hours of placing your order, if you have a preferred collection day please state in the notes section upon checkout.
You will receive a txt message and email confirmation of your collection slot.
You are to package your device appropriately for transport and await your collection, we encourage you to take pictures of the package before it is collected, we will not cover the insurance for inappropriately packaged devices.
